The questionnaire was designed to provide SCG Growth Solutions with an initial overview of your company and how it works. Obviously this is only a first step in what, we hope, will be a long and fruitful partnership.

SCG Growth Solutions’ business is about helping our client’s business grow and prosper, but it is also about helping the people associated with those businesses grow and be fulfilled. People function better and are happier in an organized environment rather than one that is chaotic. That’s the guiding principle behind establishing a system. Employees will be happier and morale will be better because each individual will know what is required of them and be more confident in the process.

The second leg is marketing. Marketing is not limited to just sales and advertising. It is from the way your receptionist answers the phone, to the way you respond to a successful sale. It is the face that the company presents to the public.

It is also about the company’s leader. The leader must be able to differentiate among all the roles in the company. He must also be able to identify what’s most and least important and to organize it in a way that insures that the business works. The system provides that assurance; the knowledge that everything the company is doing is consistent and automatic…nothing left to chance. Best of all, the system operates the business without requiring the leader’s constant vigilance 24/7.

Last, but certainly not least, is accountability. Accountability insures a successful operation into the future. Without accountability what good is it to:

  • Establish a goal if no one adheres to it?
  • Provide a great product/service if no one knows about it?
  • Create a great system if no one follows it?
